We were originally thinking about using a designer and a contractor separately, but the cost was honestly a bit more than we wanted to spend. In the end, we really didn’t need to. Joey was great at helping us with the design, understanding what we were trying to achieve and guiding us through the whole process.

This was especially important for us because we had a pretty bad experience with our last renovation. The contractor was difficult to communicate with and we ended up feeling like we were being overcharged. Working with Joey was the complete opposite. He was easy to deal with, always communicated clearly, and everything was transparent. If there was something that needed to be discussed, it was discussed.

The online contracting and project management also made everything really easy and kept us up to date throughout the renovation.

Most importantly, we trusted Joey, which made a huge difference. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and wanted us to be happy with the end result.
