I searched under Google for “The Best Computer Repair Shops in Vancouver” and took on the #1 shoppe! James was friendly and helpful . My laptop was stuck and I tried everything on my own with online masters and nuthin’’ woiked. He got it fixed…but fast! Quoted price up front and very reasonable and professional . I expected a day or two ( assuming he was busy) but I gotta call in two hours to collect! Thanks James ,not surprised you’re #1!! That’s James in the picture!

Fixed my computer within 24 hours, and charged a fair price for it. Even offered to recycle the broken parts for me. Called me twice to let me know the progress of my computer which was nice.Edit:A year later, I had another issue with the same computer. Fixed it and charged me approximately the same. Still great service the second time around!

I was a walk in on a Friday evening. James was able to immediately look at my MacBook as the F key and S key no longer worked. He opened it up and showed me it was water damaged and told me I’d have to get the keyboard replaced as the motherboard was damaged and he could do it for fraction of price of Mac store. In the meantime he sold me a wireless keyboard for 25 bucks so I could continue to work while he ordered parts for new keyboard. He connected my computer to the wireless keyboard. He also identified the key issue with my iPhone (sound problem). He was really helpful and knew his stuff, barely charged me anything for all the help. Highly recommend!
