Hello,This past Friday I purchased a new iMac and the Sales Representative, Katie Downie, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and a good listener. She made useful suggestions and found the iMac configuration and accessories that best suited my needs. I can't commend highly enough the combination of professional competence, attentiveness and proactive suggestions that are reassuring to any potential client.It was a very positive experience.
