It is conveniently located, and the associates are usually willing and mostly knowledgeable—though they can sometimes be a bit hard to track down during busy periods or around popular items. I also really appreciate that they offer the Fairstone subscription option, which makes paying off larger merchandise in installments very convenient. Great service as usual.I am long time Best Buy customer usually. But I admit I went elsewhere 1st as I am old and waiting in line is sometimes an issue. That elsewhere turned into disaster and had to get refund. So I went Monday at dinnertime to Best Buy and I was 1st in line. Got in quickly, bought new TV and wall mount from knowledgable guy. They also install Saturdays which was bonus. Great experience overall.

I have visited this store twice, and both times I was extremely satisfied with the service. Mr. Amrit was excellent—very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He listened carefully and handled my concern efficiently, which I truly appreciated.
