Very disappointed with the service by staff on the sales floor. Two associates were chatting away in front of us while another completely ignored us. When I approached them to ask a question, they were quite rude and curt (to the point that they made us feel rather embarrassed).At least the store is well stocked and the Trainee at the cashier was friendly and happily answered our questions.

Aditya is super genuine, caring, and provides TOP NOTCH costumer service. He was engaged with me during the whole time, took his sweet time to explain everything andMake sure I understood the products. I went to “look” for a desktop computer and ended up buying a desktop computer , ps5 and a printer . What a wonderful experience and what a sweet attitude he had. I know his time was up and yet he stayed past his working hours. To be fair, my experience in store was pleasant but they could not do anything for me. There isn’t a way to review the online entity so I will leave this here.I purchased a couple items that included a free gift when added to cart. The gifted items were added to cart as written. When I received the order the promotional free gifts were not included.I was made to jump through hoops. I first attempted the chat which eventually ended with me having to contact the customer service line by phone; to which the operator said that there would be no problem with my request.I called and elected to receive a call back as the wait time was 22 min. I kept my phone close by for 2hrs...read full review
