For over 10 years, Coleman Technologies has been a business partner that we trust implicitly. When you have an IT need, it’s typically urgent. The team at Coleman Technologies is extremely responsive. We have come to realize that as a small business, we can’t afford to have multiple people functioning in various departments. Taylor Law Group used Coleman Tech from 2016-2020. We then went to a cloud based IT format for security and storage solutions. It worked for two years. At that point we had numerous companies providing various IT products, wifi, phones, devices, programs...the list goes on. In July of 2022 it became obvious that the company we changed to was NOT providing the protections necessary and was unwilling to listen to our concerns. Darren came in, assessed and in addition took the time to explain to me what was needed and how to go about it. Our security was his first concern. He didn't even invoice us for the work done.
