His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, as he even traveled to help someone in need, fixing a locked-out computer free of charge during a difficult time. The shop is located in a beautiful area with many nearby shops, making it a convenient stop for quality computer services at good prices. Cloverdale Computer Den is a great store for getting laptops and other devices fixed, with many customers reporting quick and trustable service at reasonable rates.
God bless the sacred site known as the Cloverdale Computer Den and the kindhearted fellow who runs it. This man saved both my sanity and my money at the same time and I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m tech illiterate and not once did I feel dumb asking any question to this man which is a big thing for a lot of people, he answered honestly and coherently. He saved my skin in record time. If the owner is reading this then thank you from the bottom of my heart.
For all of you non tech people, this is a safe place to get help! I called them to take in my Mac for file transfers and to clean it up...The gentleman (owner?) who answered the phone advised me on how to do everything myself. He took the time and asked for no payment. So refreshing!
Fantastic service. I was directed around in circles by the larger companies but Grant sorted me out very quickly and for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend for any computer service.
