I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Vintage Engineered Northern Sawn Select V white oak flooring in the Oracle colour. It looks spectacular in my small condo and has completely transformed the space.

Owner Peter clearly has deep experience and confidence working with wood flooring—his guidance made the process stress-free. The installer Tony was kind, tidy, and respectful of my condo neighbours and building rules. Several neighbours commented on how impressed they were with both his workmanship and his considerate manner. My baseboards were removed and reinstalled to avoid quarter or shoe moldings. Tony is a perfectionist. Not one mark on my wall or baseboards.

From start to finish, Casa Madera delivered professionalism, quality, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful floors and a smooth installation experience.“

After posting my review, City Tile reached out and resolved the issue. They credited me for the missing boxes, and I appreciate them taking responsibility and making things right. While the situation was stressful during the build, I’m grateful for the follow-up and positive resolution.

I really wanted to have a good experience with City Tile Burnaby, especially since this was for a new home build and finding the right tile was such an important part of the process. The sales staff were friendly and helpful at the start, and I appreciated their time when I was choosing materials.

Unfortunately, once the purchase was made, the experience completely changed. I was charged for 14 boxes of Equipe Curve tiles but only received 10. Despite reaching out several times by email and following up directly with the store, I’ve had no response or resolution.

It’s been stressful and disappointing — after spending thousands of dollars and trusting them with a key part of my new build, I expected much better customer service and accountability. The initial experience was great, but the lack of follow-up once they had my payment has really overshadowed everything else. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they handle issues like this.“
