City Tile Ltd. - Burnaby

Mandy at City Tile was absolutely fabulous to work with and went above and beyond to help my designer and I find the perfect choices for my bathroom renovations. The prices and friendly service really made our experience 5 Stars!!!

After posting my review, City Tile reached out and resolved the issue. They credited me for the missing boxes, and I appreciate them taking responsibility and making things right. While the situation was stressful during the build, I’m grateful for the follow-up and positive resolution.

I really wanted to have a good experience with City Tile Burnaby, especially since this was for a new home build and finding the right tile was such an important part of the process. The sales staff were friendly and helpful at the start, and I appreciated their time when I was choosing materials.

Not to be bias, but I worked there and I have interacted with many different customers and notices how happy they were with not only the product we sale, but also the speed of service we offer compare to other tile store.
