“Hamstra installed a replacement heat pump a few months ago. The installation went perfect. This week I noticed it wasn’t cooling as well as normal. I called Hamstra. They were at the house in three hours. They diagnosed a problem with the blower motor. Houston, the technician, was able to come up with a temporary solution for the night. He was back the first thing the next day and installed a new motor. Excellent service!!! Completely positive experience!“

I also needed to install a new thermostat that I had. Levi installed it in short order. It didn't work. He easily diagnosed the problem, the new thermostat had a defect. He re-installed the old one that still worked just fine. I'll return the defective one and Levi said he would be glad to install the new one when it arrived.

Goodfellas AC in Tucson are AMAZING! Their response was immediate, the price reasonable for an entire system replacement (all electric AC with outdoor compressor). Their teams were prompt, efficient, clean and thorough throughout the installation process, even when running into a problem created by the previous 25 year old install. They demonstrated concern for my wellbeing and graciousness above and beyond, and were super patient showing me how to work the new and improved controls so I would be comfortable.

“Once again, the Carlson Co. knocked it out the park for us. This week 8/25/25 thru 8/31/25 we had to use The Carlson Company. For the past two years they have been helping with projects around our house. Running gas lines for an outdoor kitchen, replacing hot water heater, installing A/C in are garage etc. I wanted to replace the toilets in the house, so I called Mike, and he had them installed. The best is I did not know The Carlson Company unclogged sewer drains. We had two other companies come out and one I told to leave because he was so rude and unprofessional. The other company told me that the sewer line was broke. They stated we would have to cut up the kitchen floor. So, I decided to call The Carlson Company and ask if they provide that type of service. Dave Carlson came out personally after hours to run a sewer camera down the sewer line to see what is going on. Dave noticed there was something clogged in the drain. So, they had a crew member come out the next day and resolve the problem. From the staff in the office to the workers in the field, their work is always top notch. A special thanks to Mike and David Carlson. We had to have our water lines replaced throughout our entire home. Mike and Dave Carlson both came out to evaluate the job before starting. They saved all kinds of work and money, so we did not have to cut a ton of sheet rock out. The project was completed quickly. The one thing you can count on with The Carlson Company's projects is that they are reviewed and completed correctly the 1st time.

“I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Family Air from the beginning. Kurt was amazing. He was quick to come out and evaluate the replacement of our 2 HVAC systems and provide a very reasonable estimate. He was always very prompt in responding to my various questions either by email or a phone call to make sure I understood everything I needed to make an informed decision. Once I made the decision to accept their proposal, he made a special appointment to come out in advance of the installation and add some additional recycled R-22 to both my existing systems at no additional cost to make sure these “dying” systems operated sufficiently cool to withstand the extreme heat and keep us cool until the new system installations were complete. This was beyond what I could have ever expected!

The day of the installation, 2 experienced crews showed up exactly as scheduled.
