Joe Martin did an excellent job pinpointing the cause of our sewer system backup to the septic tank. He was able to clean out the tank trap and further inspected the lines from the house with that cool camera. Everything now works great.The office was professional and was able to give us an appointment window right on the spot. All charges were presented up front and the service costs were very reasonable. Joe Martin showed up within 45 minutes of our initial phone call, and the total fee was only $169!Highly recommended, will use again.Service: Drain cleaning
We had our water heater replaced and from start to finish had an awesome experience. Starting with John who booked our appointment to Tony who did our financing to Jake DeVore our wonderful technician. Jake was friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Jake DeVore from Goettl was able come out to our home on a Sunday morning because our house had a water leak on Saturday late afternoon. He was professional, polite, and was on time. He was able to find the leak and fix it quickly. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. I would highly recommend him and Goettl. We were satisfied of the service that was performed.
