I went to Ilse and she really focused on my problem areas helping relieve some of the pain. It was also a very relaxing massage. Very relaxing environment! I would definitely recommend.“

“I enjoyed going to Surprise Pilates for about a year. It was clean, and calming environment. It really helped me rejoin the world of the living. All the instructors were great. It is a great for the older (that means me too) generation to stay moving at a slower pace. When you did a full routine, you felt like you had a good workout. If you had problem with any of the moves or exercise, the instructors were very helpful in showing you how to do it. It's a great low impact exercise. It's also a good way to begin exercising if you want to move on to move advanced system which I have done. The instructors are all very knowledgeable in all the forms of Pilates. Kudos to all the owner (Lucie) and instructors.“
