Caroline is excellent! I reluctantly started yoga and wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it. Hard to explain exactly why, but this is exactly what I needed. Both physically, emotionally, and somewhat spiritually. Thank you!

I absolutely love all of the instructors at YogaSix! Meg and Nicole always teach an amazing class as well :) I always leave in a great mood as it completely resets my mind and body . ?

Karina was amazing! It has been awhile since I went through a practice and she gave many variations for multiple skill levels. Kicked my booty but in a loving way. I will be returning to a class run by Karina again!
