Just joined. Friendly and very helpful staff. I had sore muscles after the 30 minute mile intro class! The instructor did a great job helping with each exercise. Looking forward to my classes next week.

I'm so glad I joined this studio! I am autistic and regular gyms are very overstimulating for me. I love that I can get a workout in here with dim lighting and not-too-loud music. I always leave feeling amazing. My body has transformed after doing Pilates for 2 months. The studio is always so clean and everyone, including instructors and other members, are so nice.

I’ve been been coming to this location for about a year now. All of the instructor’s are great. I especially love taking Bridget’s Monday class. I have brought both my mother and niece with me and Bridget was great with them as they were beginners. I also love that you can text them if you have questions about class schedule, memberships ect..Front desk will always respond within a timely manner. I’ll definitely continue to be a member at this location.
