I really enjoyed the class! As someone who is working through a few hamstring injuries, the class felt very gentle on my body but effective and my core thanked me later. Lucie is an amazing instructor!

Before I started my Pilates journey, I was struggling as a busy, postpartum mom. I was gaining weight rapidly, I developed joint pain, incontinence, and plantar fasciitis, had no energy and felt like a complete stranger in my body. In 2025 after moving to Surprise, I discovered Suprise Pilates and decided to book a class and was hooked. After the first class, I signed up for a 3 month membership as a new year’s commitment to myself. Since then, I’m down over 30 lbs, feel stronger than ever, and my pain and incontinence are completely gone. My back and hip slow me down everyday and also hurt a lot. I was tak8ng 2 Advil a day. After working with Pilate instructors Diane and Lucie for a few months, I'm down to 1 Advil maybe 2x a week. I'm working toward no meds at all thanks to Surprise Pilates!!!!
