“Summer 2020-I obtained quotes from several companies and decided to call Air-Zona due to high ratings of the American Standard brand they provide. I had been told by others that I needed duct work but Pat from Air-Zona checked it and said it was not necessary. He said he could do it but recommended I wait, run the new unit and if still needed later, they could come back and make any changes (this would end up saving me money). Their quote was on the lower end of the quotes I received and that included the 10 year labor warranty they offered. I went ahead and went with them and the install went smooth. The unit runs great, quiet and the house gets very cool to point where we run the thermostat about 4-5 degrees higher than we did with our old unit. We ran the heater this winter and works excellent. We’re happy we went with Air-Zona, they have a great product in American Standard, zero pressure, no trying to upsale, excellent communication, and great service. I typically don’t like working with sales people but Pat was not the “salesman” type and was very honest, informative and provided me what my home needed and not extra items I had no need for. i highly recommend them and would not go with any other company.“
