One of the most trustworthy companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Sammy is very knowledgeable and professional. Attention to detail. He is on time and goes beyond in answering questions or concerns and then follows up later to make sure all is working fine and I am comfortable with the equipment.. highly recommend this company and in fact Total is the only one I would recommend for all of your heating and A/C needs

It’s always a 5-star experience with Sammy from Total Care! He is always so quick to respond to our call and get out to help us with our AC when it has trouble. He easily explains what’s going on and gives us practical advice. He is always very professional and tidy in our home and great at communicating with us. We use him for all our AC needs!
Sammy is one of the nicest, most honest reliable business owners that I have met. His customer service is outstanding. Really cares about helping people not just out to make a buck. I highly recommend Sammy and his team. Very reasonably priced for New HVAC install.
