Total Care Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations! Sammy's honesty, down-to-earth approach, and lack of pushy sales tactics made our experience truly enjoyable. His extensive knowledge in the field gave us confidence in his recommendations. Plus, the price he charged was more than fair. We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received and would highly recommend Total Care Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services!

We are more than happy with TOTAL CARE HEATING & COOLING LLC !!!!They deserve 10 stars for professional and honest performance at our home.This company has no competition, they are miles above the rest. We had another company out for a " routine " cleaning only to have the Salesman try to sell us insulation in our attic even before he inspected our A/C unit. Their "salesman/ serviceman " tried to sell us $2400.00 of labor cost alone on parts that NOT need replacing. Our neighbor Nancy told us about Total Care Heating & Cooling . Sammy was great to work with. I will use Total Care Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs. He has the best prices, was very quick to respond and made sure everything was completed and also submitted the warranty as well. He also modified the intake so we can now use standard size filters. Very very happy with the work and the cost.
