I believe our technician was Antonio, and he was fantastic. He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, especially since I don’t know much about HVAC systems. He found a drainage issue that previous technicians had never mentioned and showed us pictures of the problems before doing any work, which I really appreciated.

He also provided photos from the attic so we could actually see what was going on without having to climb up there ourselves. After several frustrating experiences with other companies, it was refreshing to have someone who was detailed, transparent, and actually took the time to explain what he found.
