Our ac wasn’t blowing cold air yesterday evening. We called and talked with Danette. She was very nice and helpful. We got scheduled for the next day in the afternoon. They were able to come out earlier than originally scheduled which we’re very thankful for. Justin was the technician that came out. He was very professional, informative, and nice. It seems our capacitor went out. He had the part with him, so he was able to get things cooling down in no time. I appreciate the time Justin took to explain things to me and making sure all my questions were answered. He’s very knowledgeable. We also signed up for their maintenance plan. We were in dire straights when we arrived to our home yesterday afternoon from WI and the AC was not working. It was 99* inside the house and we would have had to find a hotel for the night if not for the help we received from Justin and Cool Zone. The work day was winding down, but the nice lady on the phone sent this courteous and professional young man to our rescue. Justin found we needed a new capacitor and fortunately he had one in his service vehicle.We were so relieved when the cool air started to blow again within a half an hour of his arrival.Thank you everyone at Cool Zone!Steve Reinen
