Expected they were going to come in a few days, but Bryan picked up my call immediately and told me he would get here the same day in a few hours.Came out, I was waiting for him to tell me the unit needed to be replaced (as the unit is older) However, he quickly found an issue with a capacitor and was able to get replaced in under 30 min. He was very courteous, helpful, you can tell he has been doing this for a long time, and above all he wasn’t in it to come make us spend our savings on a brand new unit. “We needed help installing a new sink in the laundry room, and hooking up our new natural gas grill to the house gas line. One company was a no call no show and another gave us an appointment 4 weeks away. After calling Faucet Doctor Plumbing on Saturday, we were told that Jason would come by between 10am-12pm the following Tuesday to do the job. Jason arrived at 10:20 and was done by 12. Our new sink is looking fabulous and the grill is sizzling! Jason is a rock star and we will definitely call on Faucet Doctor again if we ever need any help in the future.“
