These inspections are included in the membership and essential to maintaining these systems in your home. At the last inspection, a few things were found needing attention in our main air conditioning system. This location is a winter home for us and I was there for only a short period of time preparing the home for renters. King Charles was able to schedule the required repairs to our air conditioning system on very short notice and performed the work the following day. And, being Platinum Members, the entire bill was discounted by 5%. King Charles does good work at a reasonable rate. They are dependable and flexible, and along with the quality of work they do, it's hard to beat this company. I highly recommend them.“
