Brian and his son came out at and right away I knew this would be different. Told them my issues and they wasted no time updating and getting system running. Reasonable price and honest! “We are Platinum Members at King Charles Plumbing which entitles you to several yearly inspections of your plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems in your home. These inspections are included in the membership and essential to maintaining these systems in your home. At the last inspection, a few things were found needing attention in our main air conditioning system. This location is a winter home for us and I was there for only a short period of time preparing the home for renters. King Charles was able to schedule the required repairs to our air conditioning system on very short notice and performed the work the following day. And, being Platinum Members, the entire bill was discounted by 5%. King Charles does good work at a reasonable rate. They are dependable and flexible, and along with the quality of work they do, it's hard to beat this company. I highly recommend them.“

“Contacted Lou on Father's Day as our 2 1/2yr old new build AC went out, of course outside of the builders 2 year warranty. Lou sent Chris out the following day and diagnosed the air handler motor burned out. They checked with Trane and the part was covered under their warranty but we would still need to pay for the installation. Lou ordered the part from Florida, which arrived on Thursday, Chris said they got it right from the delivery truck and they came right over to install it and a couple hours later, we finally had cold air blowing again! Lou, Chris and the entire AC Squad were great and we highly recommend them. I would have gladly paid to overnight the part myself or maybe someone could have picked up that bill, but we waited 3 days for it to arrive. Other than that, no real issues, thanks AC Squad! Looking forward to using them for our regular AC maintenance.“

“Ron honored his warranty with our air conditioning unit when we were having problems with it. He did a great job installing it. The problem was with the unit itself not working as it should. It is working perfectly now and we are very satisfied with his work!“

“I'm on my second year with a no deductible Premium Home Warranty with BFS. This includes a yearly 5 point tune up for 2 HVAC units, freon, water heater, appliances, garbage disposal, plumbing line clearing up to 6 ft, inside electrical, circuit boards and unknown preexisting conditions. My experience with this family run company has been exceptional. A third party company had previously informed me I needed a new whip for my HVAC and my coils cleaned. When I called BFS they said let us come out and take a look first when we do your tune up because many times those recommendations aren't warranted. We did need a new whip but it was determined we did not need the coils cleaned. Technician Greer came out to install a new whip, and he took pictures and explained everything. He went above and beyond checking our thermostat and replacing the batteries while demonstrating everything he was doing so we could do it ourselves in the future. The service from BFS is honest, transparent and professional. If it's something that's not covered under warranty, the owner goes above and beyond to try and accommodate and come up with a solution for the home owner. We are thankful for this excellent service from BFS.“
