My tenant reported the dryer vent to be clogged, and I was happy to find a dedicated service provider for vent cleaning who isn't interested in selling other services. The cleaning cost is reasonable and comes with a 120 day warranty.

Our dryer died and we knew we needed to get our vents cleaned. Paul was great! He responded to my call in a timely manner and had an appointment open that worked with my schedule. He was on time and cleaned everything- he was great! I would highly recommend this company and important service!

Paul responded quickly to my request, came to the house for the appointment when he said he would, and the vent cleaning only took 30 min or so. He provided a new dryer hose in the back too for no additional cost as we needed one. Explained what he was doing, and worked quickly so I could get on with my day. Said he would add me to a reminder list so I can have this done yearly to prevent fires. Great service for something that is a potential hazard, but also something you may not think of. Thanks Paul!

What are the warning signs? Clothes (especially jeans and towels) take a longer time to dry. Clothes are hotter than normal at the end of the cycle. The outside vent hood doesn’t move when the dryer is on. The vent has not been clean in the last year.
