Cool blew came out the same day that I called them. Dave, their technician diagnosed the problem Our unit was within the week of the 10 warranty for cool blew honored that warranty . when the service guys came out to install the new parts they were extremely professional. we are very happy with cool Blew up, especially with Angel, Joel, Scott, Justin, and especially Dave Ayres who went over and above to make sure or to ascertain if we could stay in the warranty. Edward, the plumber, did an excellent job. His demeanor was professional, honest and not pushy. The work was performed promptly after the initial evaluation was made, and I might add that the initial evaluation was also done promptly. His plumbing skills were outstanding. He installed a new water heater, water pump, and shower valves. I would certainly recommend Edward for any plumbing job you might need.
Edward was our Cool Blew Tech today! He was great! Personable, knowledgeable, efficient! He took care of our plumbing problem in record time! Our main bathroom toilet would not stop running. Would not flush. He replaced all parts in the tank in record time! Now it's running perfectly!
