David was awesome, he had a great personality and very transparent from speaking with him on the phone to coming to my residence to check my issue with my ac ( altho he already knew the problem when I told him on the phone) and confirmed it when he got here. He never pressured me into letting him do the work and offered a second opinion if I wanted to but he fixed my problem and also made sure everything else was working properly. I will definitely use them in the future.
