They finally answered the phone. Said they had tried to call dad's phone but the call didn't go through so I will rescind my comments about no communication. Will definitely change the other comments if I need to when he gets here...it's now 7:00 PM.
We have waited 2 days for them to put in the hot water heater and they were supposed to be here between 4-6...no call. We called and they said now it will be between 5-6. It's now 6:11 and they have not even called! Worst customer service based on our experiences with them. This isn't the first bad experience but it's the first time I've left a review.”
