Josh and his son Dallas came out to fix our garbage disposal. They were such wholesome guys and very respectful. They fixed our garbage disposal quick and showed us what the issue was. Definitely would recommend New Era plumbing and would use them for any future leaks.
These guys were great! Needed emergent plumbing service on a Sunday due to the sewer starting to backup into a shower and another toilet. After waiting all day for another company to come out who did not bring the correct equipment and couldn’t fix the issue; these guys responded to my request in less than 5 mins on yelp, were out here 45 mins later, and had the problem fixed in about a half hour. Pricing was transparent and Josh was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. On top of that, they aren’t owned by private equity - my kind of company! Will definitely be reaching back out to them for future plumbing issues.
