“Our A/C fan motor failed just after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I called Sturdivants. They answered, took my info, and Matt (the technician) called me just minutes later. He came right to our house, diagnosed the failure, and installed the new part in around an hour! Incredible! I was beyond impressed. He was also a super nice guy. When our A/C failed on a Friday afternoon, I thought our weekend plans were toast but Matt from Sturdivants saved the day! I can't recommend Sturdivants highly enough.“

“My husband, Earnie, and I know when we call Air Dynamics for our spring and fall HVAC service call, owner, Steve, will respond by sending Nate, a courteous, experienced, and efficient serviceman. Nate always does an excellent job. In 2017 when we needed a new unit, Steve checked our ductwork to make sure if was designed properly for the load of the house. He installed a new Trane unit, and with yearly maintenance from Air Dynamics, it has worked perfectly.

We highly recommend Steve and Nate to meet your cooling and heating needs.

He was able to answer our questions and get help for us quickly. He showed a rare style of customer service that you just to see these days. I would offer him a job if he didn't already have one.Will came to our home to fix our split system. He too was very kind and personable. He was able to identify the issues quickly and didn't try to sell us or fix anything we didn't need. Benton County Heating and Cooling will be our forever go to HVAC Service, Not only do they have a honest employees, Intregrity doing the job, they also amazing service. The serviceman (Dillon) came in and within 30 seconds had the problem figured out with confidence and about 10 minutes later it was resolved without a doubt in his mind and it was. “We have central air in most of the house but our porch/sun space uses a P-tac unit like motel rooms use. Late in the evening last Friday, when the P-tac kicked on, it sounded like a car whose muffler dropped down on the street! We left messages on HVAC voice mails and actually spoke with several receptionists who told us they'd have somebody call--none of them did. I started looking around to replace the unit--all sellers had 8-12 week lead times. WHAT TO DO?? Then I placed a call to the Hampton Inns and Suites--who do they call when a P-tac goes wonky? The very kind desk clerk gave me Arkansas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration's number--WHAT A LIFE SAVER! That was Monday morning--they sent Jason out before noon! We really feared the worst--would we go all summer using a noisy box fan out there? Well, Jason had it figured out quickly--no electronic failures--just a plastic fan's blade had cracked, causing the clatter. With the difficulty in getting parts, Jason wasn't sure how long it would take to get a replacement. When I was shopping for a whole new unit, I'd come upon an OEM supplier for Amana P-tacs. It was here by Wednesday--and Jason came back to install it today. With all the things that could have gone wrong, once Arkansas Air was involved, we're once again cool on the porch. Good service is starting to be so hard to come by--this was GREAT service! THANX A MILLION!!“
