He knew exactly how to solve the problem and did so quickly. He and his assistant were very polite and efficient. Best of all, his fee was actually reasonable! I couldn't believe it after being fleeced by other 'big-name' service companies in the past. To top it off, he freely gave me advice about another issue which will save me hundreds of dollars.
