Had a good visit with the Pascal tech he was very courteous and knowledgeable! Called before he came over explaining his work and future recommendations. Makes me feel at ease and I’m doing the right thing all these professionals to take care of my HVAC maintenance. Thanks again!

Service was outstanding! Called pascal H&A mid morning and by early afternoon had two service people on site! Getting the heating issue looked at was very important as my mom is getting on up in years and a cold house would not be of any benefit to her. They found the issue and took care of it , made sure all was good to go! Kind, polite and explained everything that was done and could not have had a better service call!Thank so much for the way you handle your customers! You have our business from now on!
