Both my furnace and ac went out at once. Called for an appt and was offered my first choice of time and date. Tech arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within 10 -15 minutes.. He gave me an understandable explanation of the problems and had the parts needed in the truck.Excellent service, price and scheduling. They have my business and highly recommend!
Great customer service, prompt and thorough service, and reasonable pricing! Highly recommend. In the day and age we live, it’s hard to find great customer service, but I’m always highly impressed by every person involved in the experience!
From the initial call and conversation to the visit by the service technician, Armor Heating & Air did everything they could to empower me as a homeowner. During the initial call, instead of immediately setting up a service call, they explained possible causes of my issue and how I could fix them myself. As I wasn't very comfortable with HVAC repair work, I scheduled them to come out- even after this, they said if I did get it to work, they would cancel the service call. The entire time the technician was here, he was happy to educate me about how I can resolve this on my own in the future, as well as other things to look for.
