I cannot recommend Jeff and One Call Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration highly enough!
When our 12-year-old air handler's blower motor completely failed on a Saturday morning in the middle of a brutally hot and humid Arkansas August, I thought we were in for a miserable weekend. I called Jeff, and he arrived at my house within exactly two hours of my initial call!
He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosing the issue immediately and laying out a clear, honest plan. Excellent!!! Came out on 4th of July!! AC was not keeping up with the heat. Compressor went out and was back Monday in the heat to set us up with a new unit. Ours of 22 yrs finally broke down. So grateful for Jeff and his work in this heat to get us back up and running. Much appreciated and great work and communication.
I had a lot of questions about my HAVC system which is pretty complex. I have two different systems on three levels, and I wanted to know about adding a mini split on one level and swapping out ducting on another section. Jeff was friendly, ontime, and gave me all the information I need to make an informed decision about next steps.
