“Two twin brothers, Matt and AJ own/operate Jim's. Matt and Ryan, a very knowledgeable AC Tech, changed my A/C attic coil. A/C was inoperative; it was a very warm day and the attic was warmer. Both Matt and Ryan changed the damaged unit and had it up and running in 2 hours. I am retired now, but was/am a California State Licensed General Building Contractor thus have knowledge of construction. Great guys to work with. I give them 5 Stars, because they earned it. “Excellent!!! Came out on 4th of July!! AC was not keeping up with the heat. Compressor went out and was back Monday in the heat to set us up with a new unit. Ours of 22 yrs finally broke down. So grateful for Jeff and his work in this heat to get us back up and running. Much appreciated and great work and communication.“

He was able to answer our questions and get help for us quickly. He showed a rare style of customer service that you just to see these days.
