“I have had issues with my 4 year old AC unit since it was installed. We are still troubleshooting the cause (I've gone through a couple companies) but Chase has come out both times and has been nothing but courteous, honest and he explains his thought process which also helps me understand what the issue may be and what steps to take next. I've never had a company actually care about getting to the root of the problem, they have all just thrown parts at it and charged me ridiculous amounts of money.
