One Call Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration
“I cannot recommend Jeff and One Call Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration highly enough!
When our 12-year-old air handler's blower motor completely failed on a Saturday morning in the middle of a brutally hot and humid Arkansas August, I thought we were in for a miserable weekend. I called Jeff, and he arrived at my house within exactly two hours of my initial call!
He was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosing the issue immediately and laying out a clear, honest plan. Because the exact motor had to be ordered when suppliers opened on Monday, he had the part in hand by Wednesday afternoon and was at my door first thing Thursday morning for the installation. He had the entire new motor installed in just one hour—the workspace was left spotless, and the service was beyond professional.
From the Saturday emergency call to Thursday morning, there were absolutely zero delays in his timeline. Having a major AC repair completely sourced and resolved in just five days, over a weekend, during the peak of summer heat is almost unheard of.
Jeff is a hardworking, local small business owner who takes immense pride in his craft, treats his customers with respect, and delivers top-tier work without any runaround. He has absolutely gained a customer for life, and I will be using him for all future preventative maintenance on my other units. If you want a trustworthy, highly skilled technician who shows up exactly when promised, make One Call your first call!”
