Angel was very pleasant and most knowledgeable. He checked out our furnace thoroughly before determining that our thermostat was very slow sending signals to the furnace to kick on. He showed me how to reset our old thermostat when the signal did not send to “get by” or gave me the option of a new one which I chose. After he installed the new thermostat he made sure I knew how to operate it. He is an asset to Franklin.
Jaxson Harris and Tyler Almond came out to check out our issues with our furnace. The issue was quickly found and the very same afternoon I received an email with their quote for repair. I accepted the quote and received the day it would be fixed. Jason and Tyler came and fixed it a very timely manner. They were both very professional and answered all of our questions. Frankin in general was very professional and kept us updated on arrival times. Would definitely recommend them.
