“Taylor and John came, saw, and conquered. They removed a unit that was installed in 1973. They had to completely rewire two units that had extensive work done over decades of maintenance. These guys were professional and clean! Knowledgeable service got the work done right. We felt a seven degree drop in 15 minutes of unit being on. It was 91 degrees! Very thankful to be back down to 72 for our baby. The guys worked great around my husky, and accommodated him by using proper entryways.

Edit: had to drop a star, as we found out the guys did not hook up the condensation pump (see video) which caused flooding into my daughter's room. Literally the most important part. The boss came and fixed it promptly the next day on a Saturday, so I will be giving these guys 4 stars instead of five.“
