Our aging AC unit needed repair. A highly rated large AC service recommended an expensive fix or full replacement. Called Sturdivants on a recommendation for a second opinion. They were up front in communicating that I only had a few years left with my current system, but they thought they could easily fix the issue. $208 dollars later, instead of $10-12K, we were up and running at the hottest time of the year. Because of their level of service and transparency, they will get my business when the unit does eventually go out.

I’m so thankful we found Sturdivants. They were truly an answer to prayer when we were at our wits end. A few years ago several guys came out and they spent a whole day just diagnosing multiple issues with our system. We had an upstairs that wouldn’t cool, super high bills and more. They fixed it for much less than we had been quoted. We had been told we needed a whole new system but they worked with the geothermal units that we had and supplemented them. Our A/C fan motor failed just after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I called Sturdivants. They answered, took my info, and Matt (the technician) called me just minutes later. He came right to our house, diagnosed the failure, and installed the new part in around an hour! Incredible! I was beyond impressed. He was also a super nice guy. When our A/C failed on a Friday afternoon, I thought our weekend plans were toast but Matt from Sturdivants saved the day! I can't recommend Sturdivants highly enough.
