Sturdivants Air Conditioning and Heating

Our aging AC unit needed repair. A highly rated large AC service recommended an expensive fix or full replacement. Called Sturdivants on a recommendation for a second opinion. They were up front in communicating that I only had a few years left with my current system, but they thought they could easily fix the issue. $208 dollars later, instead of $10-12K, we were up and running at the hottest time of the year. Our A/C fan motor failed just after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I called Sturdivants. They answered, took my info, and Matt (the technician) called me just minutes later. He came right to our house, diagnosed the failure, and installed the new part in around an hour! Incredible! I was beyond impressed. He was also a super nice guy. When our A/C failed on a Friday afternoon, I thought our weekend plans were toast but Matt from Sturdivants saved the day! I can't recommend Sturdivants highly enough.
