Called Wayne at 7:45pm this evening. Was on site by 8:00pm, and was done and on his way by 8:30pm. Could've told us all sorts of things. HVAC companies do it all the time. He discovered outside breaker was bad, swapped it, and even suctioned the line just because it needed it, and he noticed.
There are far too many contractors simply seeing dollar signs, and have forgotten about what they're really there for, and that's the customer. Wayne gets that, and you can tell he runs a company driven by integrity and the customer being what matters most. Rare thing these days, and we are fortunate to have HVAC professionals like him here in Baldwin County!!!! Thank You Wayne
Wayne’s Comfort Services is amazing! They’ve been my go-to AC team for 3 years now. This time, I had an issue with my AC. They were at my house about an hour after I called. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had it fixed, so that my AC was only down for about 36 hours. They offered to let me borrow temporary units while my AC was down, but I didn’t need them because I had my own. These guys are awesome. I’ve had the same service from them at home and at my work. I highly recommend them! 7 out of 5 stars!
