Great experience. I needed to establish a new primary AC service and I'm glad I chose Williamson AC. Called to get service scheduled assuming I would have to wait a few days, and they offered me same day appointment. Technician was kind, courteous, and clean. Diagnosed some issues and reviewed the duct work for possible improvements at my request. Finished the service, made the recommendations and their office got a quote to me by the EOD. When they showed up the next week to make the duct work changes THEY ARRIVED EARLY and were done quicker than the alotted time. Everyone should be so lucky to have the experience I had.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Buck and Beka are so helpful. I manage a portfolio of short term rentals and am so thankful to have found a company that handles my AC needs so quickly and reasonably priced. Seems nothing ever tears up at a convenient time, but they are on it like stink on cow crap. Always able to get us going as quickly as humanly possible and so friendly when we need to talk on the phone. Can't recommend them enough.
Williamson Air did an outstanding job. They were early and completed the job in the time they said it would take. Very professional and polite technician. I was very pleased overall and will use them again in the future.
