Huge thank you to Logan and Tim. We are so grateful for you guys! I was very pleased with a timely service and thorough inspection of the unit. They sent pictures of the issue once found and repairs it accordingly. Thank you guys so much for your help! I will definitely be calling again if any services are needed in the future.
Great service. Came out in the middle of summer in 2 days after I called them as scheduled for a non emergency service. There was a mix up with the part ordered which was my fault. When this was discovered Logan came out same day and installed the correct soft start part and gave me all the info I need to order the correct generator in the event of a hurricane. Great company, technicians, and communications. I signed up for their annual service plan
Quick to reply, show up and find the issue. They arrived prepared and was able to fix everything in one fail sweep. Thank you AC By The Sea for your timeliness and service.
