Sammy always calls to let me know maintenance is upcoming and when he will arrive. He's always punctual, personable and knowledgeable. His caring and professionalism instills confidence, peace of mind and an enormous value for your investment...A-1 in every respect.
Sammy was my AC tech and he was very knowledgeable and fair on the price… had my AC fixed in under 15 minutes and i have not had an issue with it since.. I will call Sammy when I or anyone that I know has an issue with their ACServices: HVAC system maintenance
Great Customer Service. The first A/C company I called told me that the cost to fix it would be the same as purchasing a new one. I called Kool Air Services for a second opinion. Kool Air had me up and running that day and it only cost me $100. Kool Air is honest and reliable.
