Carter came to do my annual furnace maintenance inspection on September 28th. Carter was fantastic, very personable, efficient, and professional. Completed the job, payment was easy and follow-up paper work came promptly via email. Carter and Furnace Family get a 10 out of 10! Thankyou very much.

I had a fantastic experience with Furnace Family. From the initial estimate to the completed installation, the entire team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained the work they were going to do and made sure I understood the process before getting started.
The technicians worked in a very small space without any complaints and were extremely respectful of my home. When they finished, everything was left clean and tidy it honestly looked like they were never even there.
I also chose Furnace Family because they are a local HVAC company with a large team, which gives me confidence that if I ever need furnace service, maintenance, or repairs in the future, someone will be able to come quickly.
If you’re looking for a reliable company for furnace or HVAC work, I would highly recommend Furnace Family.
