“A reliable company always responsive when needed. They installed my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater (in 1994) so regularly perform maintenance. I upgraded (myself) my thermostats to Nest units, and when one wasn’t working properly in cooling mode, they fixed it by adding an extra board to the zone, even though they didn’t supply Nest. They also replaced my water heater after it broke down; six months later, it failed again, and they replaced it free of charge—including the labor cost, which many companies don’t cover. Overall, very satisfied!“

“I can’t recommend Yoders enough! They’ve come through for me in multiple tough situations, and are hands down the best HVAC company in the Lake Country area. Yesterday, I had a frozen pipe situation at a rental property after We Energies turned off the gas due to a leak over the weekend. I first had 2 plumbers out for 6 hours on Monday fixing what We Energies required to be fixed. When they left they called and said I was good to go. When the gas was turned back on, this particular unit still wasn’t receiving heat, while my other 2 units running off this same boiler, were receiving heat. The plumbers were stumped as to what the issue was. Lost at this point on who to contact, I reached out to my handy man who although wasn't able to diagnose the exact problem, told me it was an HVAC problem at this point. I initially called Yoders, but cancelled when one of the big name HVAC companies in the area, was able to come out a couple of hours sooner. Learn from my mistake - don't call anyone else! The first company charged me $300 just to tell me my pipes were frozen and suggested I put heaters down there and to call them back if the pipes burst. That didn’t sit well with me—I needed a professional solution after everything I went through to this point, not a “wait-and-see” approach. That’s when I called Yoders back. They came out immediately and discovered that the frozen pipes were in an impossible location to access in the crawl space. It required significant time, effort, and problem-solving—probably why the first company didn’t want to deal with it. Tom, the owner, stayed until 9 PM, ensuring the unit had heat again before he left. His dedication and expertise helped me put a cap on a 4-day nightmare. This wasn’t my first great experience with Yoders. Just last month, I had a furnace go out at another rental. The first company I called quoted a huge price, so I contacted Yoders for a second opinion—after business hours on a Friday, no less. They responded quickly, gave me a significantly lower quote for the same furnace, and even sent the quote that same night. Despite being an hour away from their shop, they went above and beyond, dropping off space heaters for the tenant on Saturday without having to ask, and at no additional cost. The only reason I didn't reach out to Yoder's first here was because the property was an hour away from them. Last year, a 40-year-old boiler of mine went out at one of my rentals during winter. Yoders came the same day and fixed what thankfully ended up being a minor repair. Given the boiler’s age, if they told me it was shot, I would have replaced it without a second thought. Having rentals and flipping homes, I’ve worked with many HVAC companies. Yoders is hands down the best—honest, fast, affordable, and willing to go the extra mile. The owner, Tom, takes real pride in his work, and is very knowledgeable about all things HVAC. If you have a boiler, you probably know that HVAC companies often ask for the brand name and serial number of boilers before coming out, because most don't work with all brands. Yoders has never asked me ahead of time, they simply come out when needed and solve the problem at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about them! Whether it’s an emergency or routine work, they’ve consistently provided top-notch service. I’ll never look elsewhere for my HVAC needs again, and neither should you!“
