I am so thankful to have been referred to Aloha Heating and Cooling! I wanted a second opinion on my furnace and they got me in so quickly! Kim and Russ were both great to work with! Russ was so nice and professional and walked me through everything so I could understand what he was showing me. The prior company I had do my service had not been honest about certain things and I am so grateful that Russ was very honest! If you’re looking for a new company to work with, this is them! 5 stars are not enough.

My furnace was not working. I call Alpha and Russ came out the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and his prices are reasonable. My furnace is over 10 years old and another company may have wanted to replace it. So glad I called Alpha.

Recently I needed a second opinion if I should replace my AC unit. Russ responded in just 2 days to perform the check up on my unit. Although I have an old system Russ told me " honestly just leave it it appears to be running just fine". My first quote from another company wanted to replace it for just under $10,000. Honest and professional!
