My service technician was Joe. We have an annual maintenance agreement with Pat’s HVAC. He did an excellent job checking out the furnace, making sure each stage worked properly, checking for carbon monoxide throughout the house, and changing my Aprilaire filter. I would highly recommend him.
The entire staff that I worked with was completely welcoming, warm, and kind. They accommodated my more “emergency” needs, coming within the hour (when other electricians told me no availability for two werks!!!). Sean came and completely exceeded every expectation. He explained everything, was incredibly friendly and thorough… took care of it from start to finish, all while even giving attention to my dogs … and we are good as new. He went through every room with me to ensure all was working properly, and even changed a lightbulb for me that I couldn’t reach. We’ll never reach out to another electrician again!
Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained how to operate my new AprilAire unit. Very efficient and clean. I would highly recommend Alex and his service.
