We had a wonderful experience with Everlight Solar. They removed and reinstalled our solar panels so our roof could be replaced, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding, they kept us informed every step of the way, and everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Quick response for service, knowledgeable technician with diagnostics and actually fixing the problem that occurred. Had an original appointment for later afternoon, and was called saying they could come earlier in the day which is amazing in an A/C crisis with a toddler in the home.
Joe was so helpful and efficient. It took him less than an hour to replace the whole water heater and he is very knowledgeable!
10 year customer for snow removal - this year was the best. We have a long steep driveway and needed more than a snowblower service for deep snow. We pay upfront, like in October. Which stings a little, but pays off in the long run.
The first several years, we averaged about 10 snow removals per year (they service greater than 1 inch of snowfall). That includes a couple of storms where they came by twice.
This year, the communication was excellent. They brought plows, snowblowers and shovels, depending on the snow.
Paying up front is a risk for both parties. Last year, we had less snow, but this year, we got more than our money’s worth. We’ve had snow as early as Oct 30 and as late as April 16. They always show up.
Like many businesses, they are recovering from the pandemic and looking for reliable workers. But this past year, they were a well oiled machine in snow removal.
When you call, you talk to people. When I needed rocks replaced, they came out, fixed it for a fraction of what another company wanted. They are my “go to” place.
I have been seeing Melissa for over ten years. I am almost impossible to please with what I want done with my hair and she is so patient with me and always finds a way to make it work! Grateful for her experience!

I had Spray Net come and give my kitchen a refresh a couple months ago. My cabinet boxes were in good shape but my doors definitely needed some TLC. Everyone, from the office staff that I worked with initially to the crew that did the painting and install, was very friendly. The staff is very responsive and any issues that I found were taken care of promptly. It was a fast and cost effective way to completely transform my kitchen. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the work!
We were very happy with Glacier Landscaping. First off Dan is very knowledgable, easy to work with and a genuine nice guy. Farwell Pools recommended Glacier and when we called them Dan came out same day to discuss our project. Ben was our on site supervisor and I can’t say enough about him as well. His quality of work and work ethic is amazing and he was a pleasure to work with along with all of his helpers. Their hardscape work was beautiful. Im sure they’re not the cheapest but the value is there and for what you get it’s worth it. I would definitely recommend Glacier Landscaping.
We have had Jon do concrete work for us 2 years in a row and will plan on having then come back next year for additional work. Jon, Mike and Kollyn did an incredible job making our plans come true. She is a hard worker who does a great job and treats everyone like a favorite customer. She is so friendly and kind. Always goes above and beyond.

As a man, this was my first even manicure. I think everyone on earth should have one, even if they don’t choose black. Hana was great. They got me right in (I had an appointment) and it didn’t take long at all. I’ve already gotten compliments!
I thought I needed a lot of hair cut off to get rid of the damage, but Jen cut it dry so she could see the damage, and she didn’t need to cut off nearly as much as I thought she would. She then washed it and gave me a wonderful head massage, then she dried it with some nice product in it. It looked amazing and felt great! Worth driving from the East side of Madison. A bonus is that Jen has a sweet big dog, and if you want to pet him, he can hang out with you. But if you’re not interested in hanging out with him, he has a nice place to hang out off to the side. For me, I love hanging out with him, I love dogs! I will definitely go back!

We made a big mistake trying to get color out of my daughter's hair and we were in a time crunch with senior pictures coming up. Gretchen did an amazing job getting us in very quickly and not only fixing our mess but making it beautiful. She fixed what we thought was an impossible situation. She also went above and beyond to show her that it was possible to get great curls from her hair. Very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend her services.

As a new resident of Verona, I have to thank Janeen for providing her own version of welcoming me into the greater Madison area by providing outstanding service. I get a little antsy (as anyone would) about finding a new hair salon that promises good results. Janeen was quick to make me feel welcome and comfortable upon entering, and by the end of the experience, I felt very fortunate to have found exactly what I was looking for. I came in with a photo of a past haircut that did me well in the past (very similar to my current profile photo). After a good scan, Janeen went right to work and took care of my hair in a quick and seemingly effortless manner. I was in and out within 20 minutes feeling nothing short of satisfied. Claire, Michelle, and Breezy did incredible work with hair and makeup to allow me and my bridesmaids to feel beautiful. My wedding was on a hot July day and my makeup stayed put into the night. My hair did not frizz up at all which was a big concern of mine during the summer humidity. These ladies were faithful to all of our hair/makeup look requests. Not only did they get 7 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and my bridal makeup all done by the stated end time, they did so while having fun chatting with us. They even were able to incorporate hair pieces and pins with grace. Thank you again ladies for all of your hard work and your contribution to our wedding day memories :)

Great people to work with on your counters. Only 3 weeks after stepping into Luke and Jeanie's shop we had our countertops installed. In between they were very helpful in recommending options and discussing alternatives with absolutely no pressure to buy up or go with anything we didn't want/need. Great communication with very quick responses. The crew that installed were equally as good to work with at our house. I also have to say that they were substantially less expensive than other shops I'd been to see. They should be top of your list.

When we bought a new construction lot, the soil was mostly clay and sand, and the seed that the builder laid out did not take well to it at all, despite following the watering schedule. Thanks to Keyman's work with overseeing, aeration, and fertilizer treatments, our yard went from a scraggy mess to lush, full. We have been taking our dog Prescott to True Vet for the last 6 years since he was a puppy! I should really put a review in every time I go. Today was one of the biggest snowstorms so far this year, and they were able to squeeze us in for a quick visit to treat our dog’s ear infection. The team at True Vet are good listeners, they have patience, and they really take the time to educate. I have nothing but good things to say. We live close by and our dog always pulls to go there and have a visit! Dr. Sarah is seriously amazing, we have had the most experience with her, and are happy whenever she gets to work with us. You guys rock!!

I haven't been able to cage my cat for transport to a vet for almost 9 years. I was very concerned about her interaction with the staff, as she can be very anxious and avoidant. All of the staff was so calm and patient. They performed the exam on the floor in a dimmed space under a bench so my cat would be more comfortable! They answered all of my questions and gave options for solutions. I honestly almost cried - as I thought a vet visit might never be a possibility for this cat. Excellent experience.
