Have been getting my teeth cleaned for over a year. Generally it was easy to schedule an appointment but at times no one answered the phone. Clean facility and friendly staff except one of the hygienists was rude where I shared my concerns with the manager. Recently got a denture and they don't use digital scan yet.

Great experience with First Choice Dental in Verona! After breaking an old filling, the office staff was able to get me in same day for a thorough evaluation, schedule the next work to be done, and squeeze in an overdue post-pandemic clean. Alyssa was incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable, and Dr. Penwell was the same! They quickly made a plan of care for me that will address all of my dental and orthodontic concerns and made the entire process easy and painless. Highly recommend the team at First Choice Dental!
