Started out with a call for Hail damage to a Solar panel. Getting a Quote for this panel and removing and reinstall took a couple of calls but once I got DJ to help me thing's got better. I suggest you guys get back to customers quicker. When I first called in no one answered the phone. You need the calls go to voicemail and you call them back.
Maya was so patient as she led me through the steps to reconnect our system. She described the part and I looked for it but no luck. Then she located it in our basement and talked me through the reconnection. She also assured me she would check on it throughout the day and let us know if there was a problem. I was so impressed and thankful for her help and patience.
