THATS MY PLUMBER! If I could give a 10/5 star review I would. I called and he was able to help me over the phone to solve our backed up drain issue. If he hadn’t, I would have had to not use the plumbing in my home for 12 hours. From now on I will be calling KJM Plumbing for any plumbing I need. Seriously. The best.
This plumber removed a nonfunctional water softener from my Fitchburg home and installed a new replacement unit while I was out of town. I'm back now, and I am extremely impressed by the quality of his work! The layout of the copper pipes and all of the solder joints are all perfectly executed. Twelve stars!
I reached out to KJM when we had an issue with our RO water system. Kurt responded quickly, warmly and professionally. He provided incredible advice that actually led to him not needing to come out and do any work. I'm not sure anything speaks higher of someone than this. We will absolutely use KJM in the future!
