Very positive experience. Build crew did a great job, finished the building in a timely manner with great attention to detail. My sales representative was Jeremy Hish. He was very helpful and professional throughout the duration of the project. Always returned calls, texts, and emails. Couldn’t ask for much better, would recommend to anyone.
Building our 40x60 shed with Cleary was a very easy experience. We signed the contract in January, broke ground in May and were moving equipment in by August. This was not your typical “Ag shed” by definition with its heated floors, solar co-gen power supply and 2nd floor looking dormers. Cleary didn’t miss a beat, from Charles suggesting special trusses that would allow for tall equipment and plywood walls for tool storage. Continuing with Bob squaring up the building with an old school technique & laying it out on our site to our liking. Capping it off with Foreman Mike who quickly erected our building. Excellent product, the building is an A+. Great communication, built on time and within bid. Clearly very professional and qualified building staff. And Mark Sonday was a professional and great from day one until the completion. Highly recommended!
