“I set my appointment through the phone easily & it didn't take forever. The visit went pretty good. The waiting wasn't long at all. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. When I checked in, I was able to see the doctor in less than 15 minutes, got blood work done & by the time I know it I was already finished. The staff was polite and professional as well. “Recently, I had a cardiac episode called SVT and my father took me to this ER. I told them at the desk what I had and within minutes, I was checked in and with a nurse. They took care of me very quickly and efficiently and I was treated and released within 3 hours. I also had a very thorough RN by the name of Jacob; he was extremely personable and gave me more information about what happened and potentially why it happened and excellent guidance. “This clinic is horrible and I only come here if I absolutely have to BUT Heaven in the lab is amazing. She is the best lab person I’ve dealt with at Aurora. When I arrived at the lab, she told me the orders I came for had expired (I was not told this during scheduling). She explained what the issue was, instructed me to call and have them reordered, and waited with me until they were active again in the system. She explained why two of the labs couldn’t be drawn at the time and was skilled with her blood draw. She communicated, was respectful, was willing to offer help, and was very skilled. More Aurora employees need to be like her.“
“Walked in to the urgent care for my daughter on a Friday morning. Wait time was only 35 minutes before being seen. Employees seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Xray was read very quickly and discharged shortly after. Urgent cares can be hit or miss... This is one that seems to run smoothly, and I would go back to again as needed.“

“The receptionist is always friendly, professional, and answers right away. They have an efficient online portal to schedule appointments, which are usually available within a week. They run very close to on time; I have never waited more than five minutes for vitals. Dr. Duffy spends a lot of time getting to know his clients and treat them as a whole. I have come in for various reasons and always left feeling like I received the best care possible. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Duffy about any ailment, even the embarrassing ones. He is friendly, personable, and trustworthy. I have never been so happy with a primary care doctor. I recommend him to anyone in Ozaukee County.“
