What a great hospital, they allowed my service dog to visit my sister and ICU, which helps simulate her brain activity. The staff was kind, courteous and helpful. Immediately stopped what they were doing to show me the room I need to go to. A kind, courteous staff is comforting for all who come to visit. Dr Martella is the best family dr I have found in 45 years. Listens with compassion and I feel well cared for. I would give him 15 stars, the front desk could use some professionalism and cheer though
