“I have been to the Cedarburg WI location twice. Last fall I had recently flown and developed a stuffy and painful ear. I was able to go to their office and get seen right away. Turns out that I had an ear infection. I left with medication and probiotic in hand. Most recently I had another, slightly more complex issue. I called and was able to be seen within just an hour or two. I met and spoke with Chelsea K and she examined me, talked with me, and listened to me and helped me figure out what test I should get. She didn't just tell me what to do, she worked with me to decide what the best plan was. While waiting to get a test with another vendor, she called me a couple of times to follow up on blood tests results and always made me feel heard. She never rushed the conversation. When I had gone in to have the other test, she called me within hours of that test to provide me with the results. (All is well) I've never had such exceptional service in my life in regards to Healthcare. Costs are clear, your health and time are valued. Good location in Cedarburg to get to easily. Thank you THE DOCTORS and Chelsea K for creating such a personalized and refreshing Healthcare experience.“

There was some confusion in my discharge orders, and I waited longer than necessary to be discharged. Additionally, my discharge orders were rather vague, even though they were written, I still had to call my attending physician to find out The timeframe for what I could and could not do.“

The staff is quick to help load if you choose larger items. They also have a donation service so if you have things that need a new home they can accept them for the next person or family that can use them.“

“Doc Porter is a God among men. He diagnoses at rates that are unmeasurable by our calculations. No matter how nasty-smelling or disease-ridden you are, he will give you care with a smile. I won't say he's the best but other people keep telling me he's the best. I wouldn't hesitate to see anyone else, and I won't stop seeing him. He's the best NP in the history of NPs, maybe ever. They don't make NPs like him anymore, other countries say they do but they don't. Also his partner Claire doesn't like free-range couches. Not even Doc Porter can fix her.“

“Makers of state of the art Medical Equipment. Having several locations in Milwaukee and Waukesha County they are the best at what they do. They make the equipment that does most of a patient medical tests. From X - Ray to M.R.I. These are the forgotten ones that help to treat us.“
